Abstract

Efficient continuous casting of steel is the inevitable trend of development of metallurgical and technological progress is the fundamental driving force. Modern casting technology fast pouring technology in the direction of the trend of development, resulting in the slab continuous casting process used in the mold vibration mode of development and change. Continuous casting technology in the development process, using only the mold vibration device, continuous casting can be successful. Mold vibration is aimed at preventing the casting blank shell mold and bonding, and for good slab surface hydraulic vibration technology in the past 10 years to develop the new technology, it has no mechanical vibration by the superiority.
This paper studies the mould vibration device and the development of various ways and vibration characteristics of the wave, while in the mold vibration device for the hydraulic-driven research, based on a design of the hydraulic rod to double Disk drive vibration, and when the simulation pouring material in the mold of the vibration.
In this paper, through a variety of mechanical knowledge, analysis of the economic benefits not only have sufficient strength stiffness of the tension bar bar, designed to meet the requirements of the vibration disk size, also on the top and bottom of the Test station done a finite element analysis to ensure that Simulation can meet its production needs.
