[內(nèi)容提要] 嚴(yán)格相符是信用證法律關(guān)系中一項(xiàng)獨(dú)特的基本原則。本文分析提出了在適用嚴(yán)格相符原則時(shí)必須同時(shí)遵循實(shí)質(zhì)和程序兩種條件的新見解。文章還結(jié)合國(guó)際上一些著名案例對(duì)這兩類條件作了深入論述，從而對(duì)司法實(shí)踐具有較高的借鑒價(jià)值。
