摘 要
當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在校期間學(xué)什么?除了學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)外,最基本的是人的能力,大學(xué)生應(yīng)該培養(yǎng)各種能力如:人際交往能力、創(chuàng)新思維能力、掌握信息能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力和自立能力等等。其中人際交往能力的培養(yǎng)尤為重要, 偉大的革命導(dǎo)師馬克思曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò):人是各種社會(huì)關(guān)系的總和,每個(gè)人都不是孤立存在的,他必定存在于各種社會(huì)關(guān)系之中,如何理順好這些關(guān)系、如何提高生活質(zhì)量就涉及到了社交能力的問(wèn)題。大學(xué)生進(jìn)入學(xué)校的那一刻就已決定了他們交往的需要,良好的人際交往能力以及良好的人際關(guān)系是生存和發(fā)展的必要條件。在大學(xué)校園里建立良好的人際關(guān)系,形成一種團(tuán)結(jié)友愛(ài)、朝氣蓬勃的環(huán)境和氛圍,將有利于大學(xué)生形成和發(fā)展健康的個(gè)性品質(zhì)。在生活節(jié)奏不斷加快,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的當(dāng)今社會(huì)更是如此。因此,大學(xué)生交際能力的培養(yǎng)和開(kāi)發(fā)具有極其重要的意義。

Abstract
What do our college students learn from college on campus? Besides learning knowledge, the most key and basic one is our abilities. University students should train various kinds of abilities, for instance: the social intercourse ability, innovation and thinking ability, grasping information ability, learning ability and supporting oneself ability, etc. Among them the cultivation of social intercourse ability is particularly important, great tutor of the revolution named Marx has ever said: People are the total of every kind of social relationship, everybody does not exist in isolation, and he must meet the problems of various kinds of social relationships. So these problems such as how to manage exactitude handles these relationships and how to improve living quantity have involved the problem of the social intercourse ability. It had already determined that their contacts needed once the university students entered the college. And good human relations companies' skills and good interpersonal relationships are essential conditions for us to survive and develop. Above all, to establish friendly interpersonal relationships on campus will help our university students to form and develop healthy individual character quality. It is more like this especially in such society, which is full of competition with ceaselessly expedition of the pace of the life. Therefore, the development and cultivation of social communication is quite meaningful to our university students.
