摘 要
這次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容是編制數(shù)控滾齒機(jī)傳動(dòng)箱體的粗精加工——編制數(shù)控加工工藝及部分部件所需的程序，主要為孔系的加工。
數(shù)控加工中心現(xiàn)今在許多重型機(jī)械廠的應(yīng)用比較廣泛，因其加工的零件可以很大，而且加工精度也同時(shí)能達(dá)到很好的精度，所以選用加工中心加工大型零件是很好的選擇。本篇主要涉及使用加工中心加工數(shù)控滾齒機(jī)傳動(dòng)箱體的面、孔系、螺紋、孔銷孔等等。此外，結(jié)合圖形對(duì)各個(gè)部件的加工列出加工工藝，程序及其相關(guān)的參數(shù)和刀具的選擇，完成對(duì)整個(gè)工件的加工過程。

Abstract
