摘 要
當(dāng)代中國(guó)，環(huán)境資源問(wèn)題不斷凸顯，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)的發(fā)展迫在眉睫。企業(yè)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中必須承擔(dān)起更多的環(huán)境責(zé)任，提高環(huán)境管理的績(jī)效水平。建立科學(xué)全面的企業(yè)環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系，能正確衡量企業(yè)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中對(duì)環(huán)境的影響程度，意義重大。而目前，國(guó)內(nèi)的相關(guān)研究均未有統(tǒng)一的知識(shí)體系，理論仍不夠全面成熟。因此，加強(qiáng)對(duì)企業(yè)環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究更具有必要性。
本文首先對(duì)企業(yè)環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系的相關(guān)概念和涵義介紹，并將重點(diǎn)放在探討環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究上，分析總結(jié)了目前現(xiàn)有指標(biāo)體系的不足和各類(lèi)評(píng)價(jià)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)；在此基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合我國(guó)目前企業(yè)環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀，自主構(gòu)建了五方面組成的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系并選取了模糊綜合分析法為樣本數(shù)據(jù)的分析方法，以海爾集團(tuán)為例運(yùn)用了該評(píng)價(jià)體系，得出結(jié)論。最后 ，從政府、企業(yè)、民眾的角度分別提出了提高企業(yè)環(huán)境績(jī)效的建議措施，使其更上一層樓。

Abstract
Nowadays,environmental problems and resource issues become obstacles of China’s development.Achieving the sustainable development of economy is an imminent issue.In the development process,enterprises must shoulder more environmental responsibility and make every effort to improve the level of environmental performance.A scientific and comprehensive enterprise environmental performance eva luation system is of great significance,which can correctly measure the influence degree of the enterprise in the process of development on the environment. At present, the related research and theory of our country is still not enough mature.Therefore, to strengthen the research of enterprise environmental performance eva luation system has necessity.
This article firstly introduces the concept and meaning related to the enterprise environmental performance eva luation system , and focuses on the discussion of environmental performance eva luation index system and eva luation method study, and analyze the deficiency of the existing index system and the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of eva luation methods;On this basis, combining with the current situation of enterprise environmental performance eva luation in our country, the article independently constructs the eva luation index system composed of five aspects and chooses the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method for the sample data.Then,make the A group as an example using the eva luation system and draw the conclusion.In the end, respectively from the angle of the government, enterprises, public put forward the suggestions for the improvement of enterprise environmental performance measures, to make it to a better level.
