摘要 隨著時代的進步社會的發(fā)展，各行各業(yè)都在不斷的努力中進步，但在眾多行業(yè)中動畫行業(yè)好像沒有想象中那樣讓人眼前一亮，在動畫這個大范疇中3d動畫絕對是技術(shù)和藝術(shù)的完美結(jié)合，我國的確有不少3d公司和工作室，但在多年的創(chuàng)作和探索中，很少出現(xiàn)好的作品讓大眾拍手稱贊。xx公司可以說是國內(nèi)頂尖的3d動畫制作公司，多年來制作了不少好的作品，環(huán)球在動畫制作方面有著自己的一套縝密而連貫的流程，各個部門分工明確，藝術(shù)家們工作努力。但細細分析在這套周密的流程中確實有著一些不合理的地方，本文以一般的3d動畫制作流程為分析的基礎(chǔ)專注于環(huán)球公司在動畫制作流程優(yōu)化，對環(huán)球投資方方面、部門與部門之間的溝通方面、資源分配方面、報告進度等方面，通過合并、并行、外包等策略對其中的不合理方面進行探討和分析，致力于部門與部門之間的相互聯(lián)系的促進，使得高消耗的動畫制作避免流程中的時間和資源的浪費，并作出研究前后的流程圖。同時將環(huán)球3d和國外3d進行比較分析找出優(yōu)勢和不足，并對我國3d動畫將要遇到的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)進行分析。

At the same time, the global 3D and 3D are compared and analyzed to find out the advantages and disadvantages, and to our country 3D animation will meet theopportunities and challenges for analysis.
