摘 要
企業(yè)安全文化是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。國(guó)內(nèi)外大量實(shí)踐證明，優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)安全文化是一個(gè)企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)的決定性因素，不但能不斷提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，也是最終解決企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)問題的重要途徑。本文將通過對(duì)杜邦公司、殼牌公司、法國(guó)核電、日本家族企業(yè)等國(guó)外企業(yè)先進(jìn)的企業(yè)安全文化進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析，并從安全物質(zhì)文化、全體員工的安全素養(yǎng)、安全心理和行為方式、安全激勵(lì)、安全管理制度、安全價(jià)值觀和安全責(zé)任感七個(gè)方面與我國(guó)的企業(yè)安全文化相比較，得出我國(guó)企業(yè)在安全文化建設(shè)方面存在重形式、輕內(nèi)涵、零擔(dān)當(dāng)和缺乏創(chuàng)新等問題。學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒國(guó)外大型企業(yè)在安全文化管理方面的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情和本企業(yè)特色，提出解決問題的具體措施。
我國(guó)企業(yè)在安全文化的未來(lái)建設(shè)中主要是以安全物質(zhì)文化、安全行為文化、安全制度文化和安全精神理念文化四個(gè)方面為基點(diǎn)，將安全文化落實(shí)到日常的安全管理工作中，創(chuàng)建良好的安全人文氛圍，引導(dǎo)職工用安全文化理念想問題、辦事情，使之成為自覺的行為規(guī)范，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)“要我安全”到“我要安全”的思想意識(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)變，也為我國(guó)其他新型企業(yè)安全文化的建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)。

Abstract

The corporate safety culture is an important part of modern enterprise development. At home and abroad a large number of practice has proved that excellent corporate safety culture is a decisive factor in the safe production,not only can enhance enterprise their core competitiveness,but is also the important way to solve the problem of enterprises safety production in the end. This article summary and analysis Foreign companies advanced safety culture of DuPont,shell,France nuclear,Japanese family enterprise and so on ,and compared with the enterprise safety culture from safety material culture,the staff quality,safety psychology and behavior,safety motivation,and safety management system,safety values and sense of responsibility seven aspects in our country, which is concluded that China`s safety culture construction focus on form ,light connotation ,nothing bear and lack of innovation and other issues. By studying and drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience in the construction of safety culture management of larger enterprise ,combined with China`s national conditions and the enterprise characteristic ,and puts forward specific measures to solve the problem of our country`s enterprise in the construction of safety culture.
Our corporate culture of safety in the construction in the future is based on four main aspects of security material culture, behavioral safety culture , safety systems and safety culture anchored spiritual philosophy culture , safety culture and safety management to implement into daily work , create good safety humanities atmosphere, leading them to think the problem with the concept of safety culture , do things, make it a conscious behavioral norms , and finally achieve “Want me to safe” to “I want to safe” the transformation of this consciousness, and also provide a theoretical basis for the construction of other new style corporate safety culture .
