摘要:隨著中國酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展,酒店員工出現(xiàn)流失現(xiàn)象。作為酒店這個特殊行業(yè),員工的高流失率是十分危險和緊迫的,這會給酒店帶來較為嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和信譽(yù)損失,同時也給社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來較多不良影響。本文通過用作者所學(xué)理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行思考,對酒店員工流失現(xiàn)象從多個角度分析,指出酒店員工流失的特點(diǎn),流失現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的主客觀原因,從而針對問題提出一些防止員工流失的相應(yīng)對策,對酒店員工流失問題的解決進(jìn)行了論證。
With China's hotel industry, the loss of the hotel staff appeared. As a hotel this particular industry, the high staff turnover rate is extremely dangerous and urgent, this will give the hotel brought the more serious economic losses and credit losses, but also to the socio-economic development has brought more adverse effects. In this paper, the author used the theoretical study and practical experience to consider, the hotel staff wastage analysis of the phenomenon from various angles, pointing out that the characteristics of the hotel staff wastage, resulting from the loss of subjective and objective reasons, in order to put forward some questions for employees to prevent the loss of the corresponding countermeasures , the hotel staff turnover problems were demonstrated.
