RFID在汽車整車生產(chǎn)過程管理中的應(yīng)用需求分析及應(yīng)用模式研究（本科畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)）
摘 要

RFID（射頻識(shí)別）技術(shù)是應(yīng)用一定的識(shí)別裝置，通過被識(shí)別物品和識(shí)別裝置之間的接近活動(dòng)，自動(dòng)地獲取被識(shí)別物品的相關(guān)信息，提供后臺(tái)計(jì)算機(jī)處理系統(tǒng)來完成相關(guān)后續(xù)處理的一種技術(shù)。RFID技術(shù)的應(yīng)用十分廣泛，隨著人們對RFID技術(shù)的認(rèn)識(shí)越來越深刻，RFID技術(shù)在生產(chǎn)流程管理和質(zhì)量監(jiān)控的應(yīng)用也逐步走向深入。為適應(yīng)汽車制造企業(yè)快速發(fā)展，探討 RFID在汽車生產(chǎn)過程管理中的應(yīng)用需求分析及應(yīng)用模式研究，對提高我國汽車制造業(yè)的管理水平，改善現(xiàn)有企業(yè)的信息技術(shù)狀況，有著十分重要的作用。
本文在綜合國內(nèi)外企業(yè)運(yùn)用RFID技術(shù)進(jìn)行信息化管理發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，依據(jù)工業(yè)工程基礎(chǔ)的分析方法，以某汽車制造企業(yè)的總體生產(chǎn)流程為研究對象，對其沖壓、焊接、涂裝、總裝車間生產(chǎn)流程管理和質(zhì)量監(jiān)控進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析。根據(jù)RFID技術(shù)和汽車生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢，以某汽車企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和生產(chǎn)效率為基本出發(fā)點(diǎn)，通過對現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的分析以及其在生產(chǎn)過程管理中可能存在的問題，作者提出了RFID技術(shù)在汽車企業(yè)各車間的可能安裝點(diǎn)。
本文探討了RFID的應(yīng)用環(huán)境，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外汽車企業(yè)基于RFID技術(shù)在汽車總生產(chǎn)流程中的應(yīng)用模式以及本汽車企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況，在對重慶某汽車生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)總生產(chǎn)里程進(jìn)行需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了RFID在汽車整車生產(chǎn)過程管理中的應(yīng)用模式。

ABSTRACT
RFID(radio frequency identification )technology is the application of certain identification devices，and through the identification of goods between the close identification devices，the automatic identification of goods and access to relevant information，the computer processing system to provide background to complete the follow-up with a technical. Application of RFID technology is very broad，with the people of RFID technology more and more profound understanding of the technology in the production process management and quality control of the applications are gradually moving towards in-depth. To meet the rapid development of automobile manufacturing enterprises to explore RFID in the car production process management of demand pattern analysis and application research in order to improve the management of China's automobile manufacturing industry，improve the existing situation in the information technology business, have a very important role.
Based on the integrated domestic and foreign enterprises use of RFID technology for the development of information management on the basis of industrial projects based on the basis of the analysis，an automobile manufacturing enterprises to the overall production process for the study，its stamping，welding，painting，general assembly and workshop，Production management and quality control processes carried out a detailed needs analysis. According to RFID technology and the automobile manufacturing enterprises the status quo and the development trend of a car to the economic efficiency of enterprises and production efficiency as the basic starting point, through the existing system of data collection and analysis of their production process in the management of possible problems，the author by the RFID technology in the automotive business may be installed at the workshop.
This paper discusses the application of RFID environment，combining domestic and foreign car makers based on RFID technology in the car production process of the automotive business model and the actual situation of Chongqing in an automobile manufacturing enterprises for the production of mileage on the basis of the analysis of the demand ，Author of RFID in the automotive vehicle production process in the application management model. As China's economy and the international convergence of RFID and reduce the cost, based on the production of RFID technology management and quality control,China's automobile manufacturing enterprises will be rapid development in the complex and ever-changing environment in a more powerful competitiveness.
