摘要

現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展離不開金融，資金是企業(yè)發(fā)展的首要和持續(xù)推動力，中小企業(yè)資金的供應與支持是讓企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的動力。在我國，因為中小企業(yè)發(fā)展起步較晚，市場機制還不夠成熟和完善，資本市場價值總量占國民生產(chǎn)總值的比重很小，中小企業(yè)融資由于受到的限制比較多，融資渠道十分狹窄，中小企業(yè)融資面臨的困難很大。目前，中小企業(yè)融資困難已成為中國經(jīng)濟的一個問題，并引起了各級政府之間熱烈的討論。從我的角度來看，我們應該以一個全面和客觀的態(tài)度面對這個問題，并尋求可行的措施和解決辦法。
本論文以中小企業(yè)的融資問題為主要研究對象，以中小企業(yè)融資難為出發(fā)點，結合我國中小企業(yè)的環(huán)境和特點，系統(tǒng)地分析了我國中小企業(yè)融資中存在的問題，并分析了派恩汽車空調(diào)有限公司的融資情況。在此基礎上，建議解決我國中小企業(yè)融資難的問題，應立足于我國實際，同時借鑒國際經(jīng)驗，切實解決中小企業(yè)融資難的問題。

Abstract

Finance is the core of modern economic and the capital is the first and continuous impetus for the company development. The medium-and-small enterprises can not develop continually and healthily without the support of the capital. In our country, because the small and medium-and-small enterprises developed lately, the market mechanism is not perfect and maturely by now, its proportion in the total amount of the capital market in GDP is very small, the financing of the medium-and-small enterprises is limited by many factors, and the way to get capital is not clear. The medium-and-small enterprises face more difficulty of the financing. Currently, small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties have become a major problem has aroused heated discussion among the government at various levels. From my point of view, we should approach this question in a comprehensive and objective manner and seek viable measures. Small and medium-sized enterprises financing difficulties are not a problem unique to China, but a worldwide phenomenon.
    This paper targets financing of medium and small-sized enterprises as research objects,
medium and small-sized enterprises to finance being a tough job to starting point, according to the actual characteristics, this paper completely and systematically analyses the problems existing in the system of internal financing．And analysis of the PANINCO AUTO AIR CONDITIONER CO.,LTD. financing. This paper points we should learn about other countries’ experiences and improve our medium and small-sized enterprises international economic, to resolve the problem．
