電子商務(wù)技術(shù)及其發(fā)展趨勢淺析

摘要

本文對電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)的組成及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了闡述，對在線支付模式進(jìn)行了討論。
本文不涉及使用電子商務(wù)平臺進(jìn)行電子商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的商務(wù)活動，主要討論構(gòu)建電子商務(wù)平臺所涉及的一些技術(shù)問題。對電子商務(wù)根據(jù)不同的原則具有不同的分類方法。如果根據(jù)電子商務(wù)參與方式的不同而進(jìn)行分類，則可分為企業(yè)到用戶（B to C）、企業(yè)對企業(yè)（B to B）、用戶到用戶（C to C）和企業(yè)到政府（B to G）共4類。本文主要介紹B to C類和B to B類電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)。
　　電子商務(wù)是現(xiàn)實(shí)社會中商務(wù)活動的電子化實(shí)現(xiàn)方式，因此它的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程也就是現(xiàn)在商務(wù)活動的各個過程。包括交易前的商品信息流覽、定單的簽署、支付貨款。商品的配送和售后服務(wù)等過程。在為用戶提供商品信息時需要有商品信息庫，該數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立需要有數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)，用戶需要使用Web瀏覽技術(shù)（包括HTTP和HTML或XML等技術(shù)）例覽商品信息并完成商品定購。在進(jìn)行付款時需要使用電子支付技術(shù)，與其密切相關(guān)的安全問題需要有相應(yīng)的安全技術(shù)作為保障。除了定單格式和所交換信息略有不同外，B to C類的電子商務(wù)和B to B類的電子商務(wù)均使用類似的一些技術(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。除此之外還需要有網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)作為必要的保證。 使用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 內(nèi)容顯示 Web瀏覽（基于HTML和HTTP） 消息的描述 W3C規(guī)定的XML 消息的傳遞 使用SSL的HTTP 1.0 安全通信 SSL/TSL 加密算法 公開密鑰標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（PKCS）SSL API 認(rèn)證（GA） ITU-T建議X.509

Electronic commerce is business activity that electronical business activity, then the " new correspondence technique" of application.Company's house with consumer is user that leading role that electronic commerce terrace, is also an electronic commerce business.This text do not involve the electronic commerce terrace that use the business activity proceeds the electronic commerce business, the main discussion sets up the electronic commerce terrace a some technique for involving problem.Have the different classification method according to the different principle to the electronic commerce.If participate the way different according to the electronic commerce but proceed the classification, then can is divided into the business enterprise the customer( B to C), business enterprise arrive the customer( C to C) to the business enterprise( B to B), customer to arrive the government( B to G) with the business enterprise totally 4 type.Main introduction in this text B to C with B to B electronic commerce system.
The electronic commerce is a business activity in the realistic society of electronical realize way, therefore it realizes process too be now the each process of the business activity.The merchandise information that include the bargain front runs his eyes through, the order form sign, pays the payment.The merchandise goes together with to send with after-sales service etc. process.At provide the merchandise information for the customer hour demand contain merchandise information , that database establishes demand contain database technique, the customer demand uses the technique of Web view( include the HTTP with HTML or XML etc. technique) a 覽 merchandise information and complete the merchandise order.While proceeding payment the demand uses the electronics pays the technique, with its closely-related and safe problem demand have homologous and safe technique conduct and actions guarantee.In addition to order form format different from the information exchanged has slightlyly, the C electronic commerce of B to use with the B electronic commerce of B to all similar of some technique with standard.Still need the network technique conduct and actions to guarantee necessaryly in addition.
