摘  要：我國(guó)是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó)，國(guó)家社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展、社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定與進(jìn)步依賴于農(nóng)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展、農(nóng)民收入的提高和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。而農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品的供給是促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和提高農(nóng)民生活水平的關(guān)鍵。農(nóng)村稅費(fèi)改革后，鄉(xiāng)級(jí)政府財(cái)政空洞進(jìn)一步加大，農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給矛盾進(jìn)一步凸顯。如何增加農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給，提高供給效率，對(duì)于促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，改善農(nóng)民生活具有重要的意義。本文主要研究農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給中存在的問(wèn)題，然后分析成因，最后提出改善農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給的若干意見(jiàn)。本文主要分為四部分，第一部分主要介紹農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)理論；第二部分主要介紹農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給中存在的問(wèn)題；第三部分分析造成農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給現(xiàn)狀的原因；第四部分提出改善農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給的若干措施。

Our Country Countryside Public Products in the Effective Supply

Abstract： Our country is a large agricultural nation, the healthy development of the social economy rely on the healthy development of agriculture, peasants' income increase and the development of rural economic. And the rural public product supply is the key of promoting the development of rural economy and increasing farmers' living level. After the reform of rural tax, the township government financial hole further increase, the rural public product supply contradiction is more apparent. How to increase the rural public product supply, improve and supply efficiency, and to promote the rural economy development, improving farmers' life is of great significance. This paper mainly studies the problems of the rural public product supply, and then analyzes causes, and finally puts forward some Suggestions of improving the rural public product supply. This paper mainly divided into four parts. The first part introduced the related theory of the rural public products; The second part mainly introduces the problems existing in the rural public product supply; The third part makes an analysis of the present situation of the rural public product supply; The fourth part put forward some measures of rural public product supply.
