摘要 通過優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新資源配置、提升創(chuàng)新資源利用效率是我國制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的重要手段，然而，在產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展中提高創(chuàng)新資源配置與利用效率仍然是阻礙我國制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要難題。創(chuàng)新資源配置與利用效率低下的關(guān)鍵原因在于針對我國不同類型的制造業(yè)，利用創(chuàng)新資源吸附實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的路徑不明確，即對于創(chuàng)新資源占有量多、利用效率高的產(chǎn)業(yè)沒有完善的政策支持體系；創(chuàng)新資源占有量多，利用效率低的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚大量創(chuàng)新資源；創(chuàng)新資源占有量少，利用效率高的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新資源匱乏；創(chuàng)新資源占有量少，利用效率低的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展緩慢。針對我國創(chuàng)新資源吸附阻礙制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的問題，通過動態(tài)分析與靜態(tài)分析相結(jié)合的方法......




Abstract
Innovation by optimizing the allocation of resources and enhance innovation resource efficiency
is an important means of China's manufacturing industry restructuring and development. However the allocation of resources to improve the innovation and efficiency is still an obstacle to China's manufacturing industry transformation in the rapid industrial and economic development of China's manufacturing industry.
